CRM, task, and sales management system for car agents at Lubinski.
Purpose of the Initiative
Developing a mobile and accessible digital tool that provides the sales team at Lubinski with an advanced employee experience. The tool will offer enhanced capabilities for interacting with customers from the lead stage to vehicle delivery, while improving the overall purchasing experience for clients.
Meet Omer:
Meet Omer, a sales representative with five years of experience at the Peugeot showroom in Sorek. He arrives every morning at the showroom, where the days are unpredictable, and he never knows how the day will unfold. He struggles to plan his day because customers often walk in spontaneously, requiring his immediate attention.
What does Omer want?
To sell as many cars as possible. But beyond that, he seeks easy and accessible information—about his targets, vehicle specifications, inventory and customer details—to prepare for meetings and know how to approach them. He wants to stay on top of everything and not forget: effective schedule management, phone calls, messages, meetings, documents to transfer, and tracking deals.
What does Omer experience throughout the day? He faces challenges in understanding customer needs due to a lack of professional and up-to-date information. He misses sales opportunities because of unavailability and tasks that arise unexpectedly. Additionally, systems that complicate and slow down meetings and deal closures further hinder his effectiveness.
After identifying Omer's pain points throughout his day, I found areas that present opportunities for intervention in the design of the new system.
